Having built ECR Global in 1999 Lisa remains on the front line of leading delivery across Executive hiring projects, as well as championing diversity in the modern workplace and driving the ECR commercial strategy. She has over 30 years' experience in executive search across Financial Services, Technology and Management Consulting.
Craig Ellis
Managing Director
With more than 20 years in executive search across Financial Services and Technology, Craig is widely regarded as an expert across the Management Consulting & Strategic Advisory landscape. He continues to lead client projects from the front, while also responsible for the commercial strategy for ECR.
Richard Cash
Managing Partner
With 27 years in executive search across Digital & Business Transformation, Operations, and change, Richard works across Financial Services, Technology, Outsourcing and Consulting sectors.
