Lucie Davidian

Lucie began her recruitment career in 1992, placing insurance executives within the insurance, reinsurance and Life & Pensions industry.

She moved to Humana in 1995, a very profitable software applications team, where she progressed through the ranks to achieve partner status.

Noticing a gap in the market, she set up ECR Global in 1999 with fellow director Lisa Sharpe, specialising in recruiting high caliber sales executives.

Lucie acts as the Executive Sponsor for the Software and Enterprise Applications Practice and also runs the Commercial and Operations side of the business.

Lisa Sharpe
Managing Director of Sales

Lisa has worked in the recruitment industry since 1988, where she launched her career at a leading high street agency, gaining management status in a short space of time.

In 1994 she joined an affiliated company of Humana, where she nurtured the Outsourcing and Systems Integration team, becoming director and partner.

In 1999 she decided to join forces with Lucie and set up ECR Global. Lisa acts as the Executive Sponsor for the Executive Hire/CIO practice and Systems Integration and Outsourcing Practice together with the Life & Pensions team.

Lisa has established an enviable network of contacts. She is heavily involved in client acquisition, account development and executive appointments.

Nathalie Fox
Practice Manager of Sales

Nathalie has worked in the Recruitment Industry since 2000 and she has 14 years sales experience, starting out in the data Telecommunications sector.

Since joining ECR Global, Nathalie has progressed to Practice Director and now heads up all permanent Recruitment within the business.

Our permanent division specialises in Executive Search, Retained & Contingency assignments.

We represent some of the World's leading players with our core business being Outsourcing and Systems Integration, Offshore, Telecommunications, Convergence & Mobility, Software, ERP & Consulting.
