Lucie Davidian

Lucie began her recruitment career in the early 90’s placing Senior Executives within the Insurance, Re-insurance and Life & Pensions Industry.

She moved to AMA (part of the Humana Group) in 1995 to set up an ERP and Software Applications team. She progressed from consultant to sales manager and quickly achieved Partner status.

Realising there was a gap in the market, Lucie set up ECR Global in 1999 with close friend and colleague Lisa Sharpe.  Their aim was to create a boutique agency specialising in critical hires and senior appointments.  Their ambition was to become a preferred Business Partner to some of the largest and most attractive companies in the industry. 

In 2009, Lucie has been proud to announce that 75% of ECR Global’s clients are repeat business.

Lisa Sharpe
Managing Director of Sales

Lisa has worked in Executive Search for over 20 years and was personally trained and mentored by James Caan.  Her career started at a leading High Street Agency where she worked her way up to Management status very quickly. 

Lisa joined AMA (part of the Humana Group) in 1994 to grow the Outsourcing & Systems Integration Team. 

She then progressed to Director status and in 1999, Lisa started ECR Global with Lucie Davidian after recognising a gap in the market for solid and trusted recruitment partners.

In 2009, ECR Global celebrated 10 successful years in business and Lisa is extremely proud of these achievements. 

2009 has been a challenging year however Lisa has listened, worked harder & stronger and has adapted to the market conditions.
