Overview of role:
As a Client Services Executive you will be responsible for the management of clients from the initial sales enquiry, qualifying and registering potential clients. You will be ensure accurate and detailed information is taken to then enable the introduction of our clients products and services.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting the initial fact-find and qualification to determine the client treatment activities and identification of the client requirements.
- Responsible for identifying and marketing most relevant products for each client.
- Explain in jargon free terms, the features, advantages and benefits of the services/products.
- Build rapport with the client during the initial enquiry.
- Identify opportunity for cross referral selling other services.
