In 1999, our Directors, Lisa Sharpe and Lucie Davidian started the ECR Global journey after both being in Executive Search for over 20 years.

Throughout this 10-year journey, we’ve had growing pains, recessions and faced some challenging but exciting times.  We have learnt to adapt, be flexible, fast-moving and to listen to the voices in the marketplace.

2009 has taught us to become stronger, more focussed and even more determined to exceed our clients and candidates expectations.

We are incredibly proud to have reached this milestone and are filled with energy, commitment and enthusiasm for the opportunities that await.

We’ve been mentored by some of the top Partner-level Executives within the industry and have evolved into market-leading consultants, knowledge-workers and true business advisors in our field.
